Getting your data out of DrillLogs
The record you capture on the rig is yours. Here is every way it leaves the system.
- QuickBooks & Xero
- PDF invoices
- Billable activity export
- CSV import
- API access
- API access
- QuickBooks & Xero
- Any invoice exports in QuickBooks CSV or Xero CSV format, so your bookkeeper imports it instead of retyping line items. Generic CSV and JSON exports cover other accounting packages.
- PDF invoices
- Every line carries the shift record behind it, so a disputed meter takes a lookup instead of an email thread.
- Billable activity export
- Pull raw billable activity as CSV for any customer and period: meters at rate, standby hours, consumables passed through. Feed it to whatever reporting your office already runs.
- CSV import
- Switching from a workbook? Drill programs and drill holes import from CSV in bulk. We bring your current program in during the setup call.
- API access
- Enterprise plans get API access to programs, holes, shifts, meters and consumables, for feeding BI dashboards, geology packages, or payroll from the same record the rig wrote.
- API access
- Enterprise plans get API access into your own stack, so the drilling record can feed whatever reporting or reconciliation you already run.
- On request
- Self-serve portal provisioning, webhooks, and scheduled weekly and monthly reports. Tell us on the demo call which ones matter to you.

Bring a real invoice from last month to the demo. We'll rebuild it from shift data and export it in your accounting format.
