DrillLogs

For drilling contractors

When a client queries last month's shift, the answer is already signed.

Your crews log once on the rig tablet. Your office approves. The invoice is built from the same approved shifts. Nobody types the PLOD twice.

Works where the rig is

One shared Android tablet per rig, English or French. Saved on the tablet with no signal, uploaded when coverage returns.

Signed and locked

Approved shifts are locked. The PLOD PDF shows who submitted and who approved it.

A view for your client

Switched on per client on request: they see their own programs, holes and approved PLODs. Read-only, crew names removed.

Invoice from the approved shifts

  • Rate cards per client by drilling method, hours, standby, mob, supervisor day and pass-through.
  • Draft → sent → paid, with a PDF for every invoice.
  • Import-ready files for QuickBooks and Xero.
  • Timesheets from logged hours, as CSV. Not payroll.
  • An invoice changed after it was sent, or work with no rate on it, raises an alert. Part-payments leave the balance open.
Metres are priced by the hole's drilling method, and a shift already on an invoice is refused on the next one unless an admin bills it again on purpose.

Already on your client's system?

Then DrillLogs is your side of the record. Your crews log once, your office approves, and you hold a locked PLOD for every shift, whoever's system the client uses.

Honest limits

Your client gets a read-only view of shifts. Invoicing is part of the billing plan, and user limits depend on the plan.
